Matthew Johnson is an active multifamily real estate investor in Milwaukee. He and his son Aiden Hunter relocated from Denver in 2023 to be closer to family. Matt brings 20+ years of sales and sales management experience, along with financial roles including managing a $250M credit portfolio and also P&L Analysis for an $800M revenue line of business at an IT Company. He also won President’s Club at the IT Company in 2019, 2021 and 2023.
Matt is active in his community, volunteering with his church and Royal Family Kids foster care camp (2018–2022 & 2024). He founded Equitable Property Group LLC and is a member of Milwaukee REIA, Rental Property Association of Milwaukee, and a Boardroom member of REI Accelerator.
